Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at CottonPouch. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@cottonpouch.com to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label—return shipping is free.

There are no restocking fees, and we do not sell any items as final sale.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email notification confirming receipt. You’ll also be informed of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund—including return shipping costs.
