Three ways to put your logo on it
Not sure which you need? Tell us what you're packaging and we'll recommend one — we'd rather talk you into the cheaper method than sell you the wrong one.
Screen printing
Ink pressed through a screen, one colour at a time. The sharpest result on simple logos, and the cheapest per unit once quantities climb.
Best for: 500+ units, one or two colours
Heat transfer / DTF
Your artwork printed onto film and heat-pressed onto the bag. No screen to set up, so small runs and full-colour designs stay affordable.
Best for: Small runs, photographs, multi-colour artwork
Embroidery
Your logo stitched into the cotton rather than printed on it. It will not crack, peel or wash out, and it reads as considerably more premium in the hand.
Best for: Gift packaging, bridal, anything the customer keeps

Questions people ask before ordering
What is the minimum order for custom printing? +
Ask us. It depends on the method - heat transfer works economically at far smaller quantities than screen printing, so the honest answer changes with what you need. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you which method makes sense at that volume.
What file format do you need for my logo? +
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the cleanest result at any size. If you only have a PNG or a photograph, send it anyway - we will tell you honestly whether it will print well or whether it needs redrawing first.
Will I see the design before it is printed? +
Yes. We send you a proof showing your artwork positioned on the actual bag, and nothing goes to print until you approve it. If the proportions look wrong, we adjust and send another.
Can you match a bag I already buy from someone else? +
Usually. Send a photo, or the dimensions and fabric weight if you have them, and we will tell you plainly whether we can match it and what it would cost. If we cannot match it well, we will say so.
Which is better, printing or embroidery? +
Printing is cheaper and handles fine detail and photographs. Embroidery costs more per unit but does not crack or fade, and feels more premium - which matters when the bag is part of the gift rather than just the packaging. For a simple logo on a product people keep, embroidery is usually worth the difference.
Do you ship outside the United States? +
Yes, though shipping is charged at cost and lead times are longer. Within the US, shipping is free with no minimum order and everything dispatches from our workshop in Jackson, New Jersey.
Can I order a sample before committing to a bulk run? +
Yes, and we recommend it. Order a single pouch to check the fabric weight and stitching before you commit to hundreds. If you want to see your own logo on it first, ask us about a printed sample.
